Welcome to wearjanes.com. This website is operated by EPRIA, a French société à responsabilité limitée registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés of Paris under number 915 016 927 ("Jane's", "we", "us", "our").
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all policies referenced here.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Where we sell
We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States.
3. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen, and small variations between individual items are normal for footwear.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed on each product page in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. Where a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we are unable to cover the loss.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, video, logos, product designs, and the Jane's name — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use this site to violate any law, infringe our rights or the rights of others, transmit malicious code, harvest data, interfere with the security of the site, or engage in fraudulent activity. We may terminate your access for any breach.
10. Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it does not infringe anyone's rights.
11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
12. Disclaimers
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EPRIA, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection law of the state in which you reside.
16. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
Class action waiver. You and we agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@wearjanes.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, order number, and intent to opt out.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order. We will update the "last updated" date above when we make changes.
